We have just launched the new Gaia Happy Hour sauces ‘’Black Pepper’’ and ‘’Pink Pepper’’.
This new range show Formec constant innovation, which has always been typical of our philosophy and product lines. Two new cutting-edge items for professional operators that focus on happy hour.
The main idea was to create to recipes so as they could be combined with the most basic food: bread, crostini, cracker, chips, flat bread. This aims at time and money saving, and makes the work in the kitchen easier.
The strengths of these sauces are definitely recipe and taste: they can perfectly match with every base. Two flavors: “onions and pink pepper” or “black pepper”.
